This Indonesian beauty is grown in the highlands of Gayo Aceh, Sumatra. It is semi-washed or wet-hulled which is a traditional coffee processing method in Indonesia. This method adds increased body with a syrupy mouthfeel and perfectly bridges the gap between old school coffee drinkers and third wave devotees.
