This fun coffee is a blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties and is grown in the Acevedo municipality in the Huila region. It has undergone a 24 hr pre-fermentation, followed by an anaerobic fermentation. The cherries are then de-pulped and co-fermented anaerobically for 5 days with added dehydrated grapes. Fun in a cup!
