This coffee was produced by Tomas Gutierrez and Allan Vargas on their San Juanillo farm. The H1 variety is a hybrid of the leaf rust-resistant T5296 and the Ethiopian landrace variety, Rume Sudan. Delicious particularly as a pour over.
