This new Indonesian selection was a collaboration between Catur Coffee Company and Tuang Coffee. Tuang coffees have been a staple of barista championships, from the Indonesian barista champion to the World Barista Championships.The coffee has undergone a natural anaerobic yeast fermentation process and exhibits deliciously dark fruit flavours with a sparkling acidity.
