This coffee was grown in Parroquia Santa Rosa, Napo, by highly respected producerJuan Peña. The Sidra variety is a cross-mutation of Typica and Bourbon and is thought to have originated in Ecuador. This tasty example has undergone the traditional fully-washed processing and is delicious & juicy.
