This tasty microlot was grown near the town of Chinchiná in the Caldas region of Colombia.The coffee has undergone a 48 hour water immersion followed by an anaerobic fermentation and completed by sun-drying on raised beds. The water immersion has helped present a coffee of wonderful complexity and cleanliness.
