This delectable coffee was grown near San Adolfo in the Acevedo municipality of Huila, Colombia. The co-fermented process starts with a 24-hour pre-fermentation followed by a 24-hour aerobic session. The coffee is further enhanced by a 5 day anaerobic fermentation with added dehydrated berries and completed by 10 days in mechanical dryers.
